Search and read federal rulemaking, including comment windows, events, and targets.

The regulations endpoints track federal rulemaking, the same way the bills endpoints track legislation.

List & search

GET /api/v1/regulations?q=emissions&limit=25

Pass q for relevance-ranked search, or omit it for the most recently published rules. limit is 1–100 (default 25).

Targets

GET /api/v1/regulations/:id/targets?types=association,nonprofit&min_score=50

Returns the organizations most likely to care about a rule, scored for relevance.
