Subprocessors

The third-party services One Click Politics uses to deliver the platform, and the data shared with each.

Render Cloud application + database hosting (US). All application data at rest and in transit.
Amazon Web Services (S3) Object storage for bill & regulation source documents. Public legislative document files; no end-user PII.
OpenAI Marketing-chatbot replies, content moderation, and plain-language bill & regulation summaries. Chatbot messages you send and public bill/regulation text; no contact records are shared for training.
Stripe Subscription billing & payment processing. Billing email, plan, and payment details (cards are held by Stripe, never by us).
Postmark Transactional & broadcast email delivery. Recipient email address, name, and message content.
Twilio SMS delivery and STOP/HELP keyword handling. Recipient phone number, consent status, and message content.
Serper Web search used for advocacy-org discovery. Organization names/URLs being researched; no end-user PII.
U.S. Census Geocoder Maps a supporter's address to their legislative district. Postal address submitted on a Take-Action form.
Lucky Orange Session recording & heatmaps on our public marketing pages. Marketing-page browsing behaviour (clicks, scrolls, pages viewed) and IP-derived approximate location. Not used on the signed-in application.
Salesforce (optional) CRM sync — only when a customer connects their org. Lead/contact records the customer chooses to sync.

Public legislative data sources

Bill Radar is built on official and public legislative data. These sources provide public records (bills, votes, regulations) and are not sent any of your personal data:

  • Official state legislature websites (all 50 states + D.C.)
  • Congress.gov
  • Federal Register / Regulations.gov
  • ProPublica Congress
  • SEC EDGAR
  • Senate LDA
