Searching bills & regulations
Relevance-ranked full-text search — plus semantic search that matches on meaning — across Congress, all 50 states, D.C., and federal rulemaking.
One Click Politics tracks two kinds of policy: bills (legislation in Congress and the states) and regulations (federal rulemaking). Search both from Bill Radar.
Full-text search
Type a keyword, subject, or identifier. Results are full-text and relevance-ranked across each bill's identifier, title, abstract, and subjects — the closest matches rise to the top. Leave the box empty to browse the most recent activity.
Semantic search
Sometimes the right bill doesn't use your exact words. Semantic search matches on meaning, so a search for "gig-worker pay" can surface a bill titled "independent contractor classification." It's available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Ask a question
In the app you can also ask a plain-English question of the bills you follow and get a grounded answer with citations back to the source legislation.
Bills vs. regulations
Bills move through legislatures with sponsors, votes, and actions. Regulations move through agencies with public comment windows. Both can be followed, and both feed your alerts.
