Any document, material, or information related to an JJB H06228'26_HB5783_INTR_1H06228'26_HB5783_APH_1 5z7sk914rdug 1 examination under this act is confidential by law and privileged, is not subject to the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246, is not subject to subpoena, and is not subject to discovery or admissible in evidence in any private civil action.
(b) Share documents, materials, or information, including the confidential and privileged documents, materials, or information that are subject to subsection (6), with a qualified private insurance organization as that term is defined in section 387, provided that the documents, materials, or information relates to a credit union whose shares are primarily insured by the qualified private insurance organization and the qualified private insurance organization agrees to maintain the confidentiality and privileged JJB H06228'26_HB5783_INTR_1H06228'26_HB5783_APH_1 5z7sk914rdug 1 status of the documents, materials, or information.
JJB H06228'26_HB5783_INTR_1H06228'26_HB5783_APH_1 5z7sk914rdug 1 (12) Any A person on which a demand for production of confidential and privileged documents, materials, or information is made, whether by subpoena, order, or other judicial or administrative process, must shall withhold production of the confidential and privileged documents, materials, or information and must shall notify the director of the demand.
