This subsection does not apply to the organization of a corporate JJB H05525'25_HB5779_INTR_1H05525'25_HB5779_APH_1 19gvd4zqtu7v 1 credit union under this act.
(ii) Determine whether the organization of the proposed JJB H05525'25_HB5779_INTR_1H05525'25_HB5779_APH_1 19gvd4zqtu7v 1 domestic credit union will benefit its members.
If the commissioner director disapproves, he or she the director shall state the reasons for the decision and the applicant may request a hearing to reconsider the decision before the commissioner within director not later than 30 days after the mailing of a copy of the decision to JJB H05525'25_HB5779_INTR_1H05525'25_HB5779_APH_1 19gvd4zqtu7v 1 the applicants.
This amendatory act does not take effect JJB H05525'25_HB5779_INTR_1H05525'25_HB5779_APH_1 19gvd4zqtu7v 1 unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law:
