SCI H03971'25 (H-1) ji70hg 1 (4) Except as provided in subsection (6), upon on appropriation, the department of state shall expend money from the fund that is credited to the fund from revenue collected under sections 801 to 810 only to pay the necessary collection expenses incurred by the department of state in the administration and enforcement of sections 801 to 810.

(9) Beginning the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, and SCI H03971'25 (H-1) ji70hg through the fiscal year ending September 30, 2029, the amount under subsection (2) must be reduced annually by $1,700,000.00, and that $1,700,000.00 must be deposited in the general fund.
