Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill HB 6072 has added a requirement that both Senate Bill No. 95 and House Bill No. 6071 must be passed for HB 6072 to take effect, rather than just House Bill No. 6071. This change is important because it ensures that multiple related pieces of legislation are passed together, which may help coordinate their implementation and address issues more comprehensively.
