(m) "Financial licensing act" means this act or any of the WAM H02309'25 b_HB5546_INTR_1b_HB5546_APH_1 nzjitrz0acdt 1 financial licensing acts, as that term is defined in section 2 of the consumer financial services act, 1988 PA 161, MCL 487.2052.
