(4) A real estate broker or real estate salesperson that is representing a seller under a service provision agreement shall not VMP H04896'25_HB5229_INTR_1H04896'25_HB5229_APH_1 40nquokz75jx 1 advertise the property to the public as "for sale by owner" or otherwise mislead the public to believe that the seller is not represented by a real estate broker.
