When issuing a prescription for or dispensing auto-injectable an epinephrine delivery system to an authorized entity as authorized under this EMR H02479'25_HB5050_INTR_1 wuq325 1 section, the prescriber, dispensing prescriber, or pharmacist, as appropriate, shall insert the name of the authorized entity as the name of the patient.
