Plain-language change summary

The amended HB 4933 updates the start dates for board members' terms across various professions to ensure a more organized and consistent scheduling. For example, instead of varying terms completely, certain professions like architects and land surveyors will now have terms that start on April 1 or July 1. This change matters because it simplifies the transition for new appointees and helps align the governance of these professions, making it easier for stakeholders to know when new members will begin their roles.
