Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill HB 4703 clarifies the definition of group prenatal care services by removing details about early childhood, focusing solely on the group prenatal visits themselves. It now specifies that group prenatal care involves up to 12 visits in a setting with at least three individuals, streamlining the definition. This change is significant because it narrows the focus to prenatal care, potentially making it easier for healthcare providers to implement and for pregnant individuals to access supportive services.
