- *SB162_R1* – 2 – federal law which prohibits discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age or disability.
(a) “Civil rights or employment laws” means any state or federal law which prohibits discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age or disability.
