Plain-language change summary

The changes in Senate Bill No. 373 require counties with populations of 700,000 or more, currently just Clark County, to develop and agree on a system for issuing a multi-jurisdictional business license. This includes creating an ordinance that outlines the types of businesses eligible for this license and ensuring that local governments collaborate to streamline existing requirements. These changes aim to simplify the process for businesses operating across different jurisdictions, making it easier for them to obtain necessary licenses and helping to support economic activity in large urban areas.
