This bill directs the Legislative Commission to appoint a Regional Rail Transit of regional rail transit in regional communities across the State.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
The Legislative Commission shall appoint a Regional Rail Transit Advisory Working Group to conduct a study - *AB256_R1* – 2 – during the 2025-2026 interim concerning the development of regional rail transit in regional communities across the State.
