requiring the Legislative Counsel Bureau to pay a certain amount to the Public Employees’ Benefits Program if acertain membermembers of the Senate or Assembly electselect to participate in the Program;
Existing law provides that a member of the Senate or Assembly who elects to participate in the Public Employees’ Benefits Program shall pay the entire premium provides instead that if a member of the Senate or Assemblycontribution electsfor to participate in the Program:member’s insurance.
