THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
2.- 81st Session (2021) – 2 – names of the two candidates for Mayor, City Attorney andhe Municipal Judge and the names of the two candidates to represent the ward as a member of the City Council from each ward who receive the highest number of votes at the primary election must be placed on the ballot for the general election.] If at 5 p.m.
[Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the names of the two candidates for Mayor, City Attorney and Municipal Judge and the names of the two candidates to represent the ward as a member of the City Council from each ward who receive the highest number of votes at the primary election must be placed on the ballot for the general election.] If at 5 p.m.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (a), not more than twice the number of candidates to be elected have filed for nomination for an office, the names of those candidates must be omitted from all ballots for a primary ele(c)election Moreand thanplaced twiceon theall numberballots offor candidatesa togeneral betion.election.
