LegExisting law requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to adopt regulations prescribing the period for which a driver’s license is valid.
Legislative Counsel’s Digest:
(NRS 483.380) Those regulations specify that a driver’s license expires on the eighth anniversary or fourth anniversary of the birthday of the licensee, depending upon certain circumstances.
Existing law requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to adopt regulations regulations specify that a driver’s license expires on the eighth anniversary ore fourth anniversary of the birthday of the licensee, depending upon certain circumstances.
