The recent amendment to Senate File 95 allows the Wyoming Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with third party providers to administer driver's license tests and other motor vehicle services. This change creates a "motor vehicle division partner program," which could improve access to these services, making them more convenient for residents. Overall, it aims to streamline the process and reduce wait times for those seeking a driver's license or vehicle services, which is particularly important as demand for these services can be high.
