Specifically, the language clarifies that this includes a wider range of activities such as preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications. Additionally, there are changes related to the age of patients eligible for immunizations administered by pharmacists. These adjustments are important as they aim to enhance the role of pharmacists in patient care and ensure they can respond effectively to community health needs.
