The recent amendments to Senate Bill 5224 include the addition of new lines that likely provide more context or detail to the bill's provisions, while removing a certification section that documented the bill's passage through the legislature. These changes may streamline the legislative process by eliminating unnecessary formalities and ensuring that the focus remains on the policy changes intended in the bill. By clarifying its contents, the bill may become more accessible and easier to understand for the public and stakeholders.
