What changed in the latest version
16 added · 16 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of House Bill 2420 now allows for higher spending limits on certain projects over the coming years. Initially, the bill set a limit of $350,000 until the end of 2026, but this has been removed, and the new limit begins at $530,000 starting from the effective date in 2026. This change is significant because it increases funding availability for projects, enabling more investment in infrastructure and services, which can have positive effects on local communities.
