What changed in the latest version
5 added · 31 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of SB 5672 now includes a clear directive for the department to adopt rules to implement the new section of the bill, which was added as a specific line. Importantly, some certification language regarding the passage of the bill through the Senate and House has been removed. This change ensures that the focus remains on the bill's implementation rather than procedural details, helping streamline the process for applying the new rules.
