and 2 WHEREAS, in honor of her accomplishments as an educator, Janice Edwards-Dalton was named Fairfax H8 County Public Schools' 2026 Outstanding Principal Finalist for Region 4 and Laurel Hill Elementary School R6 22E was presented the Department of Education's Continuous Improvement Exemplar Award during her tenure;
