Plain-language change summary

The revised bill now explicitly allows students with diabetes to carry and use their diabetes medications, along with any necessary equipment, while on school property or at school events. Previously, the bill only covered students with asthma or anaphylaxis. This change is important because it ensures that diabetic students have access to their medication when they need it, promoting their health and safety in school settings.
