Plain-language change summary

The bill has been amended to change the timing for when certain businesses need to file their annual reports. Previously, the first report was required by the beginning of the second month of the year after the business was authorized. Now, businesses can choose to file either on the anniversary of their formation or by the end of January each year, providing them more flexibility in meeting their filing deadlines. This change is important as it helps businesses better align their reporting schedules with their operations.
