Before August 1, 2022, For any moneys appropriated for county rural access infrastructure, the Department of Revenue shall distribute deposit a portion of the sum of three million dollars to into a rural access infrastructure fund for each county based on the allocation calculated in accordance with this section for the purposes described in § 31-34-3.
