and   Whereas, the thirtieth anniversary of BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC assembling vehicles at its Spartanburg facility is a milestone worth celebrating, reflecting three decades of excellence, collaboration, and mutual success between the company and the State of South Carolina.  Now, therefore,   Be it resolved by the Senate:
  That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, congratulate BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC upon the occasion of its thirtieth anniversary and commend BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC for its many years of dedicated service to the Spartanburg community and the people and the State of South Carolina.
  Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to the Chairman of the Board of Management, BMW AG, Oliver Zipse.
