Plain-language change summary

The latest amendment to Bill HB 880 adds specific language regarding definitions related to adult day care and child-care services, making it clear how these terms are understood within the context of the law. Importantly, it also introduces definitions for "cigar bar," outlining the types of establishments that fall under this category, which could have implications for regulations surrounding tobacco sales and consumption. These changes matter because they clarify the scope of the bill, helping ensure that everyone understands what types of venues and services are being referenced, which could impact local regulations and enforcement.
