What changed in the latest version
85 added · 38 removedPlain-language change summary
The latest version of Bill HB 2146 includes a new subsection specifically for "minor administrative approvals," allowing agencies to take official action on certain matters that aren't included in the original meeting notice. This change streamlines the process and enables agencies to manage routine approvals more efficiently. It matters because it offers flexibility in decision-making during meetings, potentially reducing delays in administrative tasks that don’t require extensive deliberation or funding.
