What changed in the latest version
202 added · 186 removedPlain-language change summary
The latest version of HB 109 has removed a statement emphasizing that all individuals in Pennsylvania should have access to a clean and healthy environment, including outdoor spaces and clean energy resources. This change may impact the bill's overall focus on ensuring environmental justice, particularly for low-income and marginalized communities, by less explicitly advocating for comprehensive environmental access for everyone. This alteration could lead to less emphasis on universal rights to a clean environment in the final legislation.
