Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill HB 928 includes changes to the definitions related to epinephrine delivery systems, specifically how the terms "administer" and "authorized entity" are described. The heading of Chapter 55 was also updated to better reflect the focus on delivery systems rather than solely on auto-injectors. These amendments are important because they clarify who can administer epinephrine and the circumstances under which it can be provided, helping to ensure the safe use of this critical medication in emergencies.
