Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 745 expands the age range for individuals eligible to complete high school from 26 to 30 years old. This change allows more young adults who have not finished high school to access educational opportunities similar to those available to younger students. By including individuals up to 30, the bill aims to provide greater support for those who may have had interruptions in their education and are seeking to obtain their diploma. This adjustment is significant because it recognizes the diverse circumstances that can affect adult learners' educational paths.
