CONCURRENT RESOLUTION Whereas the first fire district in Oregon was established due to the efforts of Glenn Leininger, the first president of the Oregon Fire District Directors Association;
and Whereas in 1950, the first attempt to organize a statewide association of Oregon’s approximately 119 fire districts began with a meeting at the Keizer Fire Hall;
