Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to House Bill 3391 requires that all commercial pet breeders in Oklahoma include their license number in any advertisements for pet sales. This change aims to increase transparency and accountability in the pet breeding industry, helping potential pet owners identify reputable breeders. Additionally, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry is tasked with creating rules and potential fines for breeders who do not comply with this requirement, which emphasizes the importance of adhering to these new standards.
