Plain-language change summary

The latest version of House Bill 1089 has removed specific references to international agreements like Agenda 21 and the 2030 Agenda, while establishing a clear rule that any United Nations agenda or resolution that directly limits property rights in North Dakota is ineffective. This change simplifies the bill's language and focuses more narrowly on protecting property rights without needing to reference specific international plans. By clarifying this, the bill highlights the state's intent to prevent outside influence on local property rights, ensuring that residents feel secure in their ownership.
