Plain-language change summary

In the updated version of Bill HB 1268, the language was changed to specify that the "department of health and human services" can require additional drug testing, rather than the "human service zone." Additionally, the proposed funding amount was adjusted from $100,000 to $95,000. These changes are important because they clarify who is responsible for safety planning related to drug testing and reflect a more precise allocation of funds, potentially improving the effectiveness and oversight of health services.
