"Antisemitism" means a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews, and may be manifested physically or rhetorically toward individuals, property, community institutions, and religious facilities.
"Antisemitism" has the same meaning as the working definition of antisemitism adopted by the international holocaust remembrance alliance on May 26, 2016, including contemporary examples of antisemitism and incorporated by reference in presidential executive order number 13899, published on December 11, 2019.

"Nazi" means the national socialist German workers' party, a political party that rose to power in 1933 and governed Germany until 1945.
Each school district shall provide grade-level appropriate Holocaust education.
