In the latest version of Senate Bill 302, some sections have been slightly rephrased for clarity, primarily regarding how employers can contribute to service costs for their employees. The revisions maintain the original intent but clarify the provisions related to employer payments. This matters because clearer language can help both employers and employees understand their rights and responsibilities regarding service purchases, potentially leading to better implementation of the bill.
