Rules and Operations of the Senate March 6, 2025 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CREATE THE OFFENSE OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION AND UNLAWFUL SALE OF EMBALMING FLUID AND TO MAKE OTHER TECHNICAL REVISIONS.
– The preservation and disinfection or attempted preservation and disinfection of dead human bodies by application of chemicals externally or internally or both and the practice of restorative art *S245-v-2* General Assembly Of North Carolina Session 2025 including the restoration or attempted restoration of the appearance of a dead human body.
