Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of House Bill 798, there has been a slight adjustment in the language but no significant changes to the content regarding funding for Cold Weather Shelter programs. Specifically, the updates include the addition of sponsors' names and some wording adjustments in the sections that detail how grant recipients should report on their use of funds. It matters because these shelters provide critical services to those in need during cold weather, and clear reporting guidelines can help ensure accountability and effective use of resources.
