What changed in the latest version
24 added · 15 removedPlain-language change summary
In the latest version of House Bill 140, the amendment expanded the list of sponsors to include Representatives Iler and Miller. Additionally, it clarified the role of the Department in supporting the establishment of Heritage Trail segments without the need for additional appropriations for land acquisition. This change is significant because it emphasizes collaboration with local nonprofits and makes it easier to develop these important cultural and recreational sites along the Cape Fear River.
