Plain-language change summary

The amendments to House Bill 250 clarify specific timelines and fees related to annual reports for corporations, especially those affected by military deployment. Notably, the bill now ensures that corporations can submit their reports up to 90 days after deployment ends and eliminates related fees, easing the burden on businesses during challenging times. This change is significant as it provides military members and their families with financial relief and helps them maintain their corporate status despite potential deployment challenges.
