Rules and Operations of the Senate March 26, 2025 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE AND TO FACILITATE THE ALLOCATION OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
