0394h 26-2970 04/09 STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six A RESOLUTION urging the federal government to accept cash at all points of service.
and Whereas, the usage of tendered currency protects the right to privacy by not requiring specific banking and digital transactional receipts and markers;
That the governor of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire senate be sent copies of this resolution by the house clerk and invited to make similar proclamation.
That signed copies of this resolution be sent by the house clerk to each member of the New Hampshire congressional delegation, the National Parks Service Director, the Director of the Smithsonian, the Directors of the National Museums, and the Secretary of Commerce.
