468.634 Certification by endorsement during a state of emergency.—Notwithstanding any other law, a person may act in any of the following positions under the direction of the local building official for a period of 1 year from the date of a declaration of a state of emergency issued by the Governor for a natural emergency, a manmade emergency, or a technological emergency as those terms are defined in s.
