hb867hb867-01-c1 -01-er F L O R I D A H O U S E O F R E P R E S E N T A T I V E S ENROLLED CS/HB 867 2025 Legislature exceed $323 million per occurrence, which amount shall be adjusted so that the per-occurrence insurance requirement is equal to the aggregate allowable awards to all rail passengers, against all defendants, for all claims, including claims for punitive damages, arising from a single accident or incident in accordance with 49 U.S.C.
