(b) Appropriate school staff must be trained in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and defibrillator use.
(4) The State Board of Education shall adopt rules to administer this section,section. which must include mandatory automated external defibrillator training within the first 10 days of the start of a school year for all school site personnel.
