Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to HB 1449 made a small but important change regarding the duties of school nurses. The phrase "shall effect" was changed to "shall affect," correcting a wording issue. This matters because it ensures the language is accurate and clear, maintaining the intended responsibilities of school nurses under New Hampshire law.
