RSA 671:18 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
member of school board, school district moderator, school district treasurer, school district auditor, school district clerk, or budget committee member-at-large under RSA 32:15 covering the school district, or advisory budget or finance committee member under RSA 32:24 covering the school district.  No person employed on a salaried basis by a school administrative unit or by any school district within a school administrative unit shall be a school board member or budget committee member-at-large under RSA 32:15.
